GARDJA offers bursaries to 10 journalists to produce cashew focused stories

 

The Ghana Agricultural and Rural Development Journalists Association (GARDJA) has shortlisted 10 radio, television, newspaper, and online journalists to benefit from bursaries to produce cashew sector-related stories.

The shortlisting was done after a rigorous screening exercise that saw GARDJA open nominations for interested journalists to apply, the best candidates were shortlisted, a committee was set up to screen the applications and the final 10 journalists selected.

The final 10 journalists whose proposals were approved are;

  1. Abednego Asante Asiedu – Adom FM – Accra

  2. Ibrahim Abubakar – TV3 – Kumasi

  3. Bernard Elikem Buachi – www.rawgist.com/www.ghanagong.com – Kumasi

  4. Abubakar Ibrahim – www.myjoyonline.com – Accra

  5. Nicholas Osei-Wusu – GBC – Kumasi

  6. Emmanuel Oduro – Oyerepa FM – Kumasi

  7. Ekow Annan – Class FM – Accra

  8. Joseph Opoku Gakpo – Joy News TV – Accra

  9. Edward Adjei Frimpong – Business and Financial Times – Sunyani

  10. Gideon Kwame Sarkodie Osei – Adars FM – Kintampo
