GBC’s George Ankrah finds out from a Deputy Minister of Food and Agriculture, Dr. Alhassan Yakubu, the role the Ministry plays in the seed import clearance from the ports.
Dr. Yakubu explained the procedure and is of the view that those who caused the loss should face the law.
